Shipping & Returns/Exchanges

Shipping Policy

  • All candles will be shipped in standard shipping boxes. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS or Cheapest Carrier Available. Most Orders Ship Same Day when placed before 2 p.m.

  • We cannot guarantee a specific date of arrival but we will do everything we can to get your order to you in a timely manner.

  • We cannot replace missing or stolen packages.

  • in the summer months we only ship Monday-Thursday to ensure your package doesn’t sit in a hot warehouse over the weekend.

  • Please note: When shipping during warmer temperatures, the wax may soften or melt slightly. This will not affect the wax quality.

  • We are unable to guarantee changes once an order is placed, however we will try our best to assist. Please email us with as many details as possible and we'll help with the issue if we can.

  • CUSTOMERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING AND ANY OTHER APPLICABLE CHARGES ON ALL MISTAKEN ITEMS AND EXCHANGED ORDERS.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If damage occurred to the item(s) in your order it must be reported within 5 days of receipt of your shipment. Please forward a photograph of damaged goods with a full description with an email.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a resolution will not be accepted.

  • We will not accept candles or candle melts that have been burned or half used products. It is not fair to our other customers for them to receive that type of product from it being exchanged.

  • We will replace the damaged goods or issue a credit on the next order of purchase.

  • Please note that all Discontinued items, clearance items, limited collections and gift cards are all considered final sales. We will not issue credits or refunds on these items. 

  • If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of merchandise to resolve. We can not stress this enough.
